A family legacy
In the 1970, s, Jean-François Viale, a professor of letters, was hired by a diamond dealer to write his memoirs. A friendship developed between the two men and gradually Jean-François Viale left the world of letters for that of gems. He became a stone merchant.
He began to forge strong ties with retail jewellers in the south of France at first, then gradually in the rest of France. In 2009, Claire and Alexandre Viale, children of the founder, developed the workshop and consolidated links with the greatest French jewellers, co-developing, for them and with them, their own collections.
Today, the company espouses the values of excellence and respect by placing people and the environment at the heart of its development.
